About the Role

Join Our Team As A Groundskeeper I - Parks The Groundskeeper I position performs semi-skilled manual labor in connection

with general maintenance and upkeep of park grounds, facilities, and buildings. Performs routine duties under limited

supervision often times interacting with the public. Essential Job Functions Operates and assists with maintaining

light-duty construction/maintenance equipment required in the performance of duties. Cleans, mows, edges, trims, and

generally maintains grounds, recreation areas, and athletic fields. Plants, prunes, and trims bushes, shrubs, and trees.

Places and removes sod and other landscape materials. Assists with watering, spraying, and fertilizing. Lays out, drags
