Warehouse/forklift Operator

About the Role

Yard Person (Forklift Operator) Under the direction of the plant manager, shift supervisor and/or other designated lead

personnel the yard person (forklift operator) assists customers in selecting the inventory needed, loads delivery trucks

and follows established policies and procedures. Operate fork truck inside plant, placing racks, empting debris

containers, and assisting others in overall plant operations. Assist customers in selecting inventory. Load inventory

items on company and customers vehicles for shipment out of the yard. Use fork truck or hand-loading device as required.

Perform last quality control inspection on inventory leaving the yard. Maintain high level of customer service. Conduct
