About the Role

Production Baker The Production Baker is responsible for preparing and baking a variety of bread, bagels, and pastries

in a fast-paced production kitchen. This role works independently to complete daily production tasks while maintaining

high standards for quality, consistency, and food safety. We're looking for an individual who is excited to provide

first-class guest experience, can uphold our brand values, and has prior experience with baking. Prepare and bake a

variety of products including yeasted bread, bagels, and pastries. Mix, shape, proof, bake, and finish products

according to recipes and quality standards. Complete daily prep tasks independently and efficiently in a production
