Sushi Cook Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Prepare and present a variety of sushi and sashimi dishes
according to traditional Japanese techniques and our restaurant's recipes. · Select high-quality fish and ingredients,
ensuring freshness and safety. · Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station, adhering to applicable
health and safety policies. · Collaborate with kitchen staff. · Provide excellent customer service, including
interacting with guests and taking special requests. Sushi Cook Qualifications: · Experience with sushi, or in a similar
