About the Role

Camp by the Bay provides campers with memorable waterfront experiences on beautiful Biscayne Bay. Boat Drivers are

responsible for safely operating motorboats used for camper transportation, activity support, and safety oversight. This

role requires strong judgment, confidence on the water, and a deep commitment to safety, supervision, and

professionalism. Position Description Responsibilities

* Camp by the Bay runs from June 15 to July 24, with a mandatory staff orientation from June 10 to June 12. There will

be no camp on June 19 and July 3. Primary daily work hours are 8:15 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with the possibility of
