Function: Performs a variety of semi-skilled work in the operation of simple to moderately complex Public Works

equipment. Work involves the operation of equipment with mechanical controls requiring some proficiency and ability.

Work is performed under general supervision except in situations where the assignments are routine in nature or there

are designated routes to follow. Such work activities may include all phases of the City's total infrastructure repair
