About the Role
Security Guard Clearwater, Florida POSITION SUMMARY: The Ballpark Security Guard position is responsible for providing
game-day security services at BayCare Ballpark as well as year-round coverage on and off-season. In addition, this
person will also be responsible for monitoring security at Carpenter Complex. Candidates must be willing to work
event-based hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as the ballpark's schedule requires. This is a customer
facing position that requires a high level of customer service, while maintaining the safety and security of our
ballpark for our guests. Incumbent must be trustworthy and dependable in order to handle sensitive situations with care
