County Government Mail Courier

About the Role

Mail Courier Join our high-performing team as a mail courier! Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail and

interoffice mail and have the opportunity to visit our various offices and facilities. Operate a county vehicle, deliver

and pick up mail from county buildings and/or facilities. Operate all mailroom equipment, including the electronic

mailing machine, electronic scales and electronic accounting system. Sort mail and determine the proper locations for

delivery. Assist with preparing forms for outgoing mail, including presorted, certified, registered, FedEx and UPS. Pick

up mail from the post office, including signing for express, certified and registered mail. Answer questions requiring
