About the Role

A steel production company in Tampa is seeking Robotic Welder Operators to run and maintain automated welding systems

for high-volume steel production. Candidates must have 5–7 years of MIG welding and steel fabrication experience, along

with hands-on experience with robotic welding equipment. The role requires strong safety awareness and the ability to

troubleshoot robotic systems. This full-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from $28.00 to $38.00 per
