Production Technician / Mechanic
About the Role
Gaviña Coffee Company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Technician-Production Mechanic to join our
manufacturing team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining, repairing, and optimizing
coffee production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations in a manner that minimizes and eliminates the risk
of any possible contamination of product and complies with strict regulatory and food safety specifications. Please note
that this is not a CNC or IT technician role, but a hands-on production role and experience and familiarity with
machinery in the food/beverage production industry is a plus. MUST BE LOCAL TO MIAMI. Pay is flexible between $65-69k to
