hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas Wet- or

dry‐mop floors, shampoo rugs, wash walls and glass, remove rubbish, pressure wash, remove gum and graffiti Make minor

repairs, paint, carpentry, replenish bathroom supplies Landscape and snow removal Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors,
