connected. We are seeking a skilled, dependable, and service-oriented Groundskeeper/Porter to join our team and play a

key role in maintaining a safe, comfortable, and well-cared-for living environment for our residents. As our

Groundskeeper/Porter, you'll help maintain the overall appearance, cleanliness, and curb appeal of the community while

supporting the maintenance team with daily operations. Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the community,

including grounds, amenities, common areas, parking lots, breezeways, and building exteriors • Performing routine
