Plant Maintenance Technician

About the Role

Job Title Under general supervision, this position will perform skilled work in the maintenance and repair of equipment

in the wastewater plant. Position relies on experience and exercises independent judgment to determine the best approach

by using and interpreting policies and procedures. Responsibilities Install, maintain, replace and/or repair various

electrical/mechanical components and equipment; (i.e., pumps, motors, gates, blowers, meters, switches, transformers,

fans, belts, compressors, valves, lines, etc.) Inspects and evaluates equipment to provide recommendations concerning

maintenance and repair needs. Performs preventive maintenance on machinery and components according to assigned
