About the Role

Part-Time Grounds Maintenance Worker Maintaining the outside grounds of the facility. Responsible for maintaining;

lawns, shrubs, walkways, litter control, mowing, edging, fertilizing and watering. Using materials and equipment to

ensure a quality appearance inside and out. One year previous experience in grounds maintenance preferred. Knowledge of

methods for maintaining the inside and outside grounds of the facility. Knowledge of grounds maintenance; lawns, shrubs,

walkways, litter control, mowing, edging, fertilizing and watering. Knowledge of materials, machines and processes to

ensure a quality appearance inside and out. Valid Driver's License required. Maintains front and back of facility
