About the Role

The Community Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and functionality of common

areas throughout the association. This role helps ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and

guests. Clean and sanitize community bathrooms. Monitor, inventory, and maintain adequate supplies for bathrooms and

maintenance needs. Empty pet waste receptacles and dispose of dog waste liners properly. Refill pet waste stations with

dog waste bags as needed. Clean windows at guard gates and guard booth areas. Mop floors in guard booths and community

bathrooms. Remove fallen palm fronds and other landscape debris from common areas. Assist with general upkeep and
