About the Role
Maxus Properties LLC is looking for a part-time Groundskeeper for Pine Lake Apartments in Palm Coast, Florida. The role
includes maintaining cleanliness and curb appeal of exterior areas, assisting with light landscaping, and supporting the
maintenance team. The ideal candidate must have attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and perform
physical tasks outdoors. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 2 pm. A valid driver's license and a commitment to
