Residential Painter Fluency in English is required for this position due to regular communication with English-speaking
employees, managers, and clients. Guardian Service Industries is seeking an experienced Residential Painter to join our
West Palm Beach team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, delivers clean, high-quality work, and maintains
professionalism in occupied and unoccupied residential settings. The schedule for this position is Monday through
Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. The hourly range for this role is between $21.00 and $23.00. Key Responsibilities: Perform all
aspects of interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation, priming, and finish work. Repair and prepare
