About the Role

seeking an experienced Bagel Baker to join our team. As a Bagel Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking
a variety of bagels while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. Your duties will include mixing
ingredients, shaping dough, boiling and baking bagels, and ensuring that the kitchen and baking equipment are kept clean
and organized. The baking shift is ~10 pm - 5 am every night except Sundays. Our bakers work in a rotating team of 2-3
people per shift. Bagel baking is a fast-paced skill that we will teach you. Please see a story the News-Press did on us
