About the Role
Position at Seaboard Marine Starting rate: $24 per hour Long-term employment with opportunities for growth This position
is responsible for the coordination of the utilization of 100 120 drivers, trucks and containers to create capacity,
maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service to all customers. Minimum one (1) year of
recent hands-on dispatching experience, including coordination of multiple drivers and route planning for transportation
operations within the continental U.High school diploma or equivalent. Advanced communication skills (verbal and
written) in English. Intermediate to Advanced verbal communication skills in Spanish. Ability to meet and deal
