Description The Office Manager/Dispatcher will handle customer calls, schedule and dispatch service technicians, and
provide support for office and bookkeeping functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, and
month-end close. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt, in-office position reporting to the General Manager and Regional
Vice President. Primary Responsibilities
* Answer and resolve incoming service calls; dispatch technicians based on skills, location, and availability.
