Night Operations Dispatcher
About the Role
Security Operations Dispatcher Utilizes Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) systems to monitor cameras and relay observed
information to field responders per department procedures. Maintains logs of deceased patients and receives information
regarding arrangements for the release of deceased patients. Utilizes phone and mass notification systems to notify
stakeholders and leadership of significant events. Other duties as assigned. Answers emergency and non-emergency
telephone calls for the security operations center. Monitors fire safety systems and dispatches appropriate resources
when fire alarms are activated. Performs facility electronic lockdown as directed by department policy. Communicates and
