About the Role

MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER

We are seeking a 12?month contract assembler to build large mechanical sub?assemblies and complex linkages on a

4?day/10?hour schedule, working on their feet. The role requires reading technical drawings and blueprints, installing

hardware stack?ups, and moving tools and materials efficiently while following safety and quality procedures. Within the

first 30 days the contractor will learn standard processes and assist teammates; by 60 days they will fabricate

sub?assemblies, suggest design improvements, self?inspect, and apply continuous?improvement methods (6S/PMT); by 120
