About the Role

It is very difficult to get into this field! These positions will be on a CONTRACT TO HIRE assignment basis for the

first 90 days. After a successful 90-day training period, you will be hired directly by our client and enjoy a very

rewarding career in the elevator industry as a Level I Elevator Maintenance Mechanic. Our clients will help provide you

with the on-the-job training so you can gain the required minimum work hours to become a State licensed elevator

mechanic. Once you are licensed the average hourly pay is $40-$50 per hour. In this role you will assist the lead

mechanic while learning the essential skills necessary for you to become a licensed and/or certified elevator mechanic.
