Material Handler II

Goodwill Southwest Florida is seeking a skilled Material Handler II to support plant operations by overseeing the

movement, sorting, and loading of donated materials while providing guidance to Material Handler I team members. This

role plays a key role in maintaining efficient workflow throughout the facility, ensuring materials are handled safely

and accurately according to Kaizen standards. The ideal candidate brings warehouse experience, confidence in directing

others, and the ability to support multiple operational areas to help advance Goodwill's mission in the community.
