About the Role

GROUND MAINTENANCE WORKER FLSA: NON-EXEMPT Duties/Responsibilities Skilled in implementing effective techniques for

planting, pruning, cultivating, and irrigating trees, shrubs, hedges, and lawns. Replace and plant flowers, grass,

shrubs, trees, and bushes as necessary to maintain vibrant landscapes. Operate and oversee the use of grounds-keeping

equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operation. Inspect, maintain, and repair irrigation systems, and train staff to

address issues such as faulty sprinkler heads or damaged pipes. Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on

grounds-keeping equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Clear walkways and parking areas of debris to maintain clean
