About the Role

Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of

Lightshare facilities to ensure a safe, clean, and fully operational environment for clients and staff. This role

supports all program locations, including residential, outpatient, and administrative sites, by addressing work orders,

completing preventative maintenance tasks, and assisting with facility improvements. The ideal candidate is hands-on,

dependable, and experienced in general maintenance with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Key
