Maintenance Technician Immediate

About the Role

General Maintenance Technician Performs a variety of general manual maintenance and plumbing tasks throughout the Quail

Ridge properties. Complete daily log sheets and work orders. Account for any material used on work orders performed.

Repairs and maintains physical structures of POA and individual residents, such as homes, offices, condominiums, rental

units, other structures, using hand-tools and power tools. Replaces defective electrical switches and other fixtures.

Paints structures, and repairs woodwork with carpenter's tools. Repairs plumbing fixtures, sheetrock, electrical trouble

shooting; installs patio stones, performs preventative maintenance. Perform pressure washing/cleaning. May also perform
