Maintenance Technician

About the Role

The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing high-quality, cost-effective maintenance work within

single family rental homes owned by the company, providing excellent customer service to residents, and follow all

company operational and safety policies, processes, and procedures. This is an important, resident-facing role at

Invitation Homes with daily interaction with the company's customers. This position is assigned a company vehicle and

will travel between homes in a geographic region, delivering timely and professional maintenance service to residents.
