also support professional development with training, coaching and regular feedback. The maintenance technician position,

under limited supervision, is responsible for the general daily maintenance of the facility and satellite areas.

Maintain all exterior areas of buildings, including brushing debris from walls, ceilings, and all outdoor surfaces.
