Maintenance Technician! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a
fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf
and community management. Compensation : $24 - $30 hourly, based on experience Key Responsibilities: Facility
Maintenance: Perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and daily walkthroughs. Complete basic carpentry,
painting, patching, and woodwork projects. Assist with minor plumbing, lighting, and electrical troubleshooting.
