MAINTENANCE MECHANIC
Westminster Suncoast, a beautiful gated retirement community in South St. Pete, is looking for a full-time Maintenance
Mechanic/Engineer to assist in the day-to-day maintenance of community property. Rates up to $21.34 plus excellent
benefit options, PTO, and 403b. EPA Certification required.
Essential Job Functions:
* Troubleshoot and identify problems with electrical and plumbing systems. Repair mechanical issues with said systems.
