About the Role

Job Category: Facility Support & Building Management Work Shift/Schedule: 8 Hr Evening - Morning Job Summary Installs,

repairs, replaces and inspects pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures to maintain heating, water, gas and drainage.

Responsible for performing in a general trade skill capacity with minimum necessity of continuous supervision and job

execution direction. Qualifications Associate degree in a technical field of study. Minimum one (1) year of experience

with an associate’s degree, or three (3) years of experience in lieu of an associate’s degree. Proficient in use of all

tools and equipment associated with trade. Possesses electrical, mechanical and plumbing skills. Safety knowledge. Job
