Maintenance Facilities Helper

About the Role

Laborer Position This is a full-time, hourly position that reports to a Crew Leader, or designee. The position performs

unskilled and limited semi-skilled manual work in the performance of laboring tasks and a variety of construction and

maintenance work. Essential Job Functions Essential Job Functions: Road repairs (asphalt, limerock, etc.). Installs road

signs. Clears trees, brush, and vegetation from roadside. Removes and installs concrete. Loads and unloads heavy

material from trucks. Moves equipment and large bulky objects. Performs custodial duties. Flags traffic on roads under

repair. Maintains grounds. Rakes grass and water plants. Weeds flower beds. Shapes hedges and trims trees. Cuts grass.
