About the Role

Job Title Performs a wide variety of maintenance and construction duties associated with maintaining highways, rural

roads, and rights-of-way in a safe condition. Essential Functions Builds, maintains and/or repairs guardrails, traffic

barricades, cones, signs, flags and fencing. Dumps, spreads, and tamps asphalt with pneumatic tamper to patch broken or

eroded pavement. Drives truck to transport crew and equipment to work site. Operates tractors with mower attachments,

rollers and other related equipment used in landscaping and right-of-way maintenance. Transports and delivers supplies,

materials, and tools as needed. Uses shovels, picks, drills, hammers, or other hand power tools. Mixes, prepares and
