About the Role

Manpower - - Responsibilities: Track all outstanding Purchase Orders from their order date until the receiving report is

posted; Update the Purchase Order Database with the latest shipment status to ensure accurate records; Assist the

Warehouse Manager in preparing documentation for shipments and handle light physical movement of freight when necessary;

Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and receivers to maintain smooth material flow and achieve optimal transit times;

React promptly and courteously to inquiries regarding item or shipment status, maintaining open communication with

requisitioners
