About the Role
We are looking for a reliable driver who can handle daily local runs mostly, offering superb customer service, within
the city limits of Jacksonville and sometimes the state of Florida. The driver will be operating either a hook roll-off,
cable roll-off, or stakebed to deliver, pick-up, and haul large open-top containers (roll-offs) filled with used metal
from construction, commercial, or metal recycling yards. A driver may be asked to switch between trucks during the work
shift or assigned a primary one, depending on the need. Performing daily truck inspections, adhering to safety
(OSHA/DOT), and communicating with dispatch are critical parts of the role.
