About the Role
Line Cook & Jr. Sous Chef Upscale fine dining restaurant located in Downtown Mount Dora that focuses on delivering fresh
and local ingredients in culinary dishes. In this position, you will work at the restaurant and working off site
preparing food for catering events. Position Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare food items according to company
recipes Must follow company procedures, food & sanitary procedures, safety procedures, and plating execution to ensure
consistency, as well as, presentation Must be able to follow necessary procedures to accommodate guests with allergies.
Keep supervision on food quality and guest service issues Communicates with team members about ticket times and dish
