About the Role

Welder Lead Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Job Title: Welder Lead As a Structural Steel Welder, you will be

integral to producing high-quality steel components, ensuring that each piece meets stringent code-compliant standards.

Review fabrication drawings, work orders, weld symbols, and welding procedures prior to starting work. Set up welding

equipment, verify materials, and confirm joint fit-up and alignment. Perform structural welds on carbon steel components

using MIG and flux-cored welding techniques. Self-inspect completed welds for quality, appearance, and compliance with

specifications. Coordinate with fitters, supervisors, and quality personnel to resolve fit-up or weld issues. Prepare
