About the Role
Job Title: Lead Sheet Metal Mechanic / Foreman Job Description This role leads a sheet metal crew on commercial
construction projects, focusing on the installation, fabrication, and retrofit of HVAC duct systems and related
components. You will oversee field operations, ensure high-quality workmanship, interpret blueprints, and coordinate
with customers and project stakeholders to deliver safe and efficient installations on schedule. Lead and supervise a
sheet metal crew of at least 10 people on commercial construction sites. Install, hang, and align stainless steel and
galvanized ductwork according to project specifications and codes. Fabricate duct sections and fittings as needed to
