About the Position We are looking for a motivated Pastry Cook to join the pastry team at the iconic Gianni's at The

Villa Casa Casuarina, former Versace Mansion. This role is ideal for someone with basic pastry knowledge who wants to

grow in a high-end, fast-paced kitchen. Professional experience is preferred but not required as we provide full

training. Responsibilities Assist in the daily production of pastries, desserts, sauces, creams, doughs, mousses,

glazes, and chocolate elements. Follow recipes with accuracy and maintain consistency in preparation and flavor. Set up
