About the Role

Janitor Position The Janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of

community amenities, common areas, and recreational facilities. This position helps ensure residents and guests enjoy a

clean, safe, and welcoming environment while assisting with resident engagement activities, clubhouse events, and

reporting maintenance concerns. Pool Area: Empty trash receptacles, sweep pool deck and surrounding areas, arrange

chairs, tables, umbrellas, and pool furniture, clean eating and seating areas, clean restrooms and replenish supplies,

maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of pool amenities. Sports Courts: Unlock courts daily, pick up trash and
