Janitor Position The Janitor is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of the

condominium's common areas. This role ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff

by performing routine and deep-cleaning tasks according to established standards. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors

and surfaces Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors in common areas Maintain cleanliness of community rooms, fitness

centers, and amenities Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and paper products Report maintenance issues, safety
