About the Role

performed at our properties. As a HVAC/Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for performing various maintenance
functions that are necessary in order to preserve and improve the value of our apartment communities. These functions
include but are not limited to: Commuting to all properties in our southern Florida Portfolio which are located in
Boynton Beach, FL, Pompano Beach, FL, Stuart, FL. Where you will perform general HVAC repairs and assist with general
maintenance repairs, apartment turnovers, complete resident requested service orders & ensuring the integrity of
