About the Role

HVAC Technician III The HVAC Technician III performs maintenance, repairs and installation of assigned HVAC and

Refrigeration equipment and controls, chilled water systems, boilers, and various other mechanical, electrical and

building systems in accordance with client expectations and requests. Must be 18 years of age or older Must possess HVAC

license in the state, county or city jurisdiction in which work will be performed Must have refrigeration/HVAC trade or

vocational certification Three (5) years of HVAC experience are required A minimum of one (1) year of experience as an

HVAC Journeyman is required Five (7) years of HVAC experience is preferred Troubleshoot, calibrate and adjust pilots,
