an HVAC Technician with a strong background in commercial refrigeration (HVAC-R). This person will be part of a small

team that services a massive commercial building that contains lots of perishable food. Maintenance - HVACR systems,

inspections, motors, compressors System Upgrades - increase efficiency and performance Documentation - maintain accurate

records and ensure compliance with regulations 5+ years of professional experience in HVAC ~ Strong experience working

on commercial properties ~ knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems as they relate to HVACR Competitive Hourly Rate
