Painter B Ocean Resort - Fort Lauderdale, FL Description The Painter maintains a flawless look and feel across

guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. You'll prep surfaces, repair drywall, apply coatings and

wallcoverings, and complete touch-ups and finish work that protect the asset and elevate the guest experiencesafely,

neatly, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Surface Prep & Repair: Patch/skim, sand, and texture drywall; repair

cracks, nail pops, corner beads; caulk and mask; prime as required. Painting & Finishes: Apply coatings by

brush/roll/spray (HVLP/airless) including latex, alkyd, epoxy, urethane, stains, and clear coats on walls, ceilings,
