About the Role
Scope of Position The Painter will be responsible for painting, maintaining, and repairing surfaces of the building,
furniture, rooms, and equipment throughout the facility in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest
service and financial profitability. Cooperate and assist the Engineering management in the achievement of hotel and
department goals. Position Requirements Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the hotel or directly related industry.
Minimum of two or more years of experience in building maintenance or related experience. Knowledge of carpentry and
strong knowledge of paint and wallpaper. Preventive maintenance background preferred. Perform rigorous tasks including
