About the Role

Maintenance / Groundskeeper The Maintenance / Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance,

cleanliness, safety, and basic maintenance needs of the community. This position performs routine groundskeeping duties,

preventative maintenance, and minor repairs to ensure all common areas, amenities, and facilities are properly

maintained for residents and guests. Maintain lawns, landscaping, shrubs, trees, and flower beds throughout the

community Mow, edge, trim, weed, water, and remove debris from common areas Empty trash receptacles and maintain

cleanliness of community amenities Assist with seasonal landscaping, storm cleanup, and property appearance projects
