About the Role

Groundskeeper, Residential Residential Maintenance Assist in preparing units for new residents. Maintains property

grounds of community. Make Ready units for new residents. Maintains watering and drainage systems. Assists in inventory

control and upkeep of all grounds equipment and supplies. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) ~1 to 3

months related on the job experience or training. ~ Perform general maintenance repair tasks professionally without

endangering yourself, residents or fellow associate. ~ of equipment (pump, tools, ladders) and ability to safely install

rigging/lifting device. ~ This position requires rotating on-call, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Health
