About the Role

Reports to: Facilities & Maintenance Manager Full Time: 40 hours/52 weeks Pay rate: $19.24 per hour Job Summary:

Reporting to the Facilities and Maintenance Manager, the Grounds Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining

the eight properties across Escambia County. Mowing, edging, trimming, pressure washing, planting, and leaf removal are

among the majority responsibilities of this position. Additional duties will include assisting with building maintenance

duties in the afternoon and during the winter season. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED. Two years

grounds maintenance experience using mowers of different sizes and types to include – zero turns, walk behinds, tractors
