About the Role
FCI Residential is a part of Florida Crystals Corporation's real estate division, which focuses on multi-family
residential development in urban and in-fill areas. The real estate division currently has approximately 5,500 units in
the development process throughout Florida. OVERVIEW Responsible for the overall cleanliness of building exteriors and
the curb appeal of the community by maintaining the highest levels of superb presentation. This includes the amenities,
leasing office, model, breezeways, and common areas. Daily cleaning of building exteriors, breezeways and hallways
including light fixtures, mailbox area, fire extinguisher boxes, entry doors, stairs and railings. Remove all debris
